A clear, unedited, 360-degree opening video of the parcel from the start (before opening) until the damaged area is shown is compulsory for all damage claims.

Without this video, no complaint or exchange request can be processed.

Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

Exchange Only – No Refunds

We offer exchange only for the same product and size (if available).

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Reporting Time Frame

Any damage complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with the required video proof.

Complaints received after 24 hours will not be considered.

Shipping Policy

International Orders (outside the US):
Processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 10–14 business days through international delivery services.
Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor their order’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
